About CPD

We believe very strongly that CPD works most effectively when planned and delivered in partnership with schools and head teachers.

As an outstanding provider of initial teacher training, we have built on our partnerships with schools to ensure our high-quality provision is relevant and effective.

The first stage is listening to your ideas, and then through questions and discussion we design a programme of CPD to meet your needs. The collaborative process continues as we regularly evaluate the sessions to ensure that we are achieving your desired aims.

We offer staff development on themes and issues that you have prioritised. We can work with individual schools, school clusters or networks of schools with a collaborative focus and bespoke sessions to meet the specific and individual requirements of schools within the cluster.

We work with whole teams of staff , subject and role specialists, leadership teams and directly with pupils.
