The Warrington Campus combines the best of long-established university traditions with up-to-the-minute modern developments.

Within the space of a few hours I realised I had made the right choice. The small community campus feel gives you the ideal opportunity to mix with people from other courses and gives you even more contact time with your lecturer

What's on offer?

At Warrington the University provides a close knit community campus offering innovative, forward-looking courses with a close eye on employability.  The thirty acre site has excellent teaching, social and recreational facilities to support the academic work of the Public Services Group (education, nursing, policing, safeguarding, social work, sports coaching and youth work); the North West Media Centre (advertising, TV, radio and commercial music production, media, photography and film); the Warrington School of Management (business management, events management ,marketing & public relations); and the Department of Sport and Community Engagement.  We run an International Foundation Year specialising in Business Management and/or Creative Industries.

The Warrington campus enjoys a range of multi-professional partnerships within both the public sector and the media world. Both undergraduate and postgraduate students are often able to combine two subject areas that correspond to their career ambitions – for example photography and journalism, radio and commercial music, health management, sport management, policing, law and investigation to name just a few.  Check our programme listings.

All student accommodation is located on campus, and catering outlets include The Garden Dining Room, Terrace Cafe and BarTwenty10. Cat 1251 AM, Warrington campus' own radio station, is presented, produced and run by students, and broadcasts locally as well as over the internet.
