Annali trained at University of Wales, Bangor where she gained her BSc (Hons) Biology before going onto Leeds Metropolitan University where she gained her Postgraduate Diploma in dietetics.

Annali has worked in a wide range of dietetic areas, including acute clinical dietetics, haematology, older people's nutrition and mental health.

She currently works as a clinical specialist Dietitian in Shropshire where she works with Shropshire and south Staffordshire Eating Disorder Service for adults and for a community multidisciplinary team working with adults with acquired physical disabilities.


Annali has significant experience in student training on clinical placements and for several years has been a visiting lecturer at Chester. She now works one day a week at Chester providing input into various clinical modules as well as supporting the nutrition and food through the lifespan module.


Annali's clinical interests include eating disorders and the role of dietetics within this field and the use of non oral enteral feeding within the community setting.
