Overview

 

Taught Speech and Drama, Religious Education, Art, and Performing Arts in four secondary schools in Hertfordshire, Lancashire and Cheshire.

Previous Posts: Head of Religious Education, Head of Drama, Team Leader Performing Arts, Partnership Promotions Manager (ITT).

Examined Performing Arts for AQA (1995-1999), Masters Degree in Management, Community and Drama awarded 1996, achieved Advanced Skills Teacher status in Drama and Initial Teacher Training in 2002 (the only teacher in the UK to have a joint award in these areas).

Ofsted re-affirmed the Drama course and awarded the highest possible Ofsted grades, commending the developments which had taken place since the last inspection. A further Ofsted in June 2008 again confirmed the high quality of the Drama course at Chester.

Jenn left teaching at the end of 2005 to manage the Drama PGCE at Chester and support the Graduate Teacher Programme, Work Based Learning, and to lead the Student Associate Scheme.
