 BA (Hons), MSc, PhD, C.Psychol., Csci, AFBPsS,  PGCTLHE, FHEA.

Overview

Moira is a BPS Chartered Psychologist, a registered Sport and Exercise Psychologist with the Health Professional Council and a BPS Stage 1 and 2 accredited supervisor and assessor. She is Chief Supervisor Registrar elect for the BPS Qualification in Sport and Exercise Psychology and is a member of the QSEP Board. Currently she is providing psychological support to the GB Dressage Pony Squad the NW Dressage Squad and co-ordinates the athlete development program on the National High Performance Camps. She has previously worked with a number of governing bodies and was part of the Sports Science Support team for the Women's Rugby Football Union.

Teaching

 

Moira teaches across all the sport and exercise psychology modules at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. She is also contributes to research methods and applied practice modules at Masters Level and currently supervises 3 PhD. students.
