Why study this programme?

This programme will open up new aspects of health; it widens your career options. While most issues enter and exit the health policy agenda, public health issues will continue to be key aspects of health, social and environmental care.

This programme is designed to recognise the personal and career progression needs of individuals currently employed in a range of settings, by providing knowledge and skills for those intending to enter the public health workforce in roles that do not require a specific health and social care professional qualification in order to practise. It provides an opportunity for academic progression and may facilitate entry into professional education or training.

This programme is delivered at the Riverside Campus in Chester.
