The Department of Community and Child Health delivers a range of contemporary programmes to meet a dynamic community and public health agenda.

The department has a wide-ranging profile of programme development designed to promote inter-professional learning in response to the following key health and social care policy areas - Public Health, Every Child Matters and Long-Term Conditions.

Academic Programme

All programmes offered have been developed in consultation with stakeholders and users, including local health and social care providers, to meet the changing needs in service provision. They are mapped against key criteria used by local employers such as the NHS Knowledge and Skills Framework (KSF).
