It has been a pleasure to be working with Dave Curtis, a distinguished Veteran who runs the Knowsley Veterans Hub.

The project is supported by Everton in the Community and Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council (KMBC) and offers a number of activities such as football, volunteering and employment opportunities at weekly sessions to the armed forces community. I recently met with Dave and Paul Peng from KMBC (see photo).

It is hoped that we can help this extremely worthwhile project grow, and David provided an excellent lecture on the Hub’s activities during the Westminster Centre’s Veterans Wellbeing Conference on 17 Nov 2016. The slides are available on this website, and David can be contacted at dave.curtis@evertonfc.com
