Academic requirements

• Diploma za Sredno Obrazovanie (Diploma of Completed Secondary Education) with an overall grade of 5 or above, including a minimum of grade 5 in a relevant subject

English Language requirements

• Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE Academic) Undergraduate 50
• Minimum of grade 5 in English Language in the Diploma za Sredno Obrazovanie (Diploma of Completed Secondary Education)
• IELTS 6.0 (with no less than 5.5 in each band)
• TOEFL 550 (paper) 78 (internet)
• TEEP 6.0

Postgraduate (Master's Degree)

Academic requirements

• Bachelor degree (courses from 2001)
• Bachelor degree (from the American University of Bulgaria)

English Language requirements

• Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE Academic) Postgraduate 58
• IELTS 6.5 (with no less than 5.5 in each band)
• TOEFL 575 (paper) 85 (internet)
• TEEP 6.5

Postgraduate (Research Degree)

Academic requirements

Each application is assessed on its own merits but we do expect students to hold the following:

• Master's degree (courses from 2001)

English Language requirements

• Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE Academic) Postgraduate 58
• IELTS 6.5 (with no less than 5.5 in each band)
• TOEFL 600 (paper) 85 (internet)
• TEEP 7.0
