We are an active university Mathematics Department with a strong teaching and research reputation.
We offer students the chance to study at undergraduate or postgraduate level on degree programmes leading to: BSc in Mathematics, BSc/BA joint courses in Mathematics or Applied Statistics and a wide range of other subjects.
Our MSc Mathematics programme attracts many students to study Mathematics. We can offer either part time or full time study.
We have an active research group focusing on Computational Applied Mathematics, with research students studying for the degrees of MPhil and PhD, postdoctoral workers and associated collaborators from across the world.
