Chi Ho Ng

PhD Student

Mr Chi Ho Ng graduated BEng from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2013. He then stayed on in same university as a Research assistant for one and a half year, before joining the University of Chester as a PhD student in March 2015.

Chi Ho joined The University of Chester as a PhD student in March 2015 and is a member of the Laser Engineering and Manufacturing Research Group. Prior to joining UOC, he was a research assistant in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and was a member of laser processing unit under supervision of Prof. H.C. Man. Mr Ng also graduated in the same university with the degree of the Product Engineering with Marketing. Apart from his academic experiences, his specialism is in the field of laser welding, surface engineering and advanced manufacturing technologies.
