Posted on 7th February 2013

Members of the public will be invited to try Flavours from around the World, at a charity event of the same name, organised by students at the University of Chester.

No Limit Events, a company established by second-year Events Management students, will host an evening of entertainment, which promises to take members of the public on a cruise around the world without having to leave dry land!

Taking place on Sunday, February 24 at 7pm at the Commercial Hotel, Northgate Street, Chester, guests will be able to visit different rooms which will be transformed into exotic destinations, learn more about different cultures and test their brains and brawn at countries of the world themed quiz.

The event is being organised in order to raise funds and awareness for Childreach International - an international development charity, helping improve the lives of children all over the world.

Sophia Boparai from No Limit Events said: “The evening promises to be a really fun, social event with the opportunity to win prizes in our quiz and try out henna tattoos.”

Tickets cost £3, all proceeds of which will go to Childreach International, and are available by e-mailing: or from the Binks Building on the Main University Campus at selected times. More information can be found on the event’s Facebook page:
