Registration Costs

Standard delegate registration is £50. For students registered on a postgraduate degree programme (MA, MRes, MPhil, PhD), a reduced fee of £40 is payable. These figures cover all costs for the two days: lunches, refreshments, evening reception and venue hire.

Venue

The main conference will be held in the University of Chester’s Riverside Innovation Centre on Castle Drive. This is a modern facility in a lovely setting, right in the heart of the historic city: http://www.chester.ac.uk/the-riverside-innovation-centre

Evening Reception

On the Monday evening (14 April), we will be holding a conference reception with drinks and canapés for all conference delegates. This will be held in the Cheshire Military Museum, located around the corner from the Riverside Innovation Centre. Delegates will also have an opportunity to view the Museum’s collections if they so wish: http://www.cheshiremilitarymuseum.co.uk/

After the reception, there is an optional conference meal at Chez Jules – a French restaurant in the city centre: http://www.chezjules.com/ This costs £25 for three courses and wine. If you would like to attend the meal, please select this option on the registration form.
