The Facilities Department is responsible for the management of the University’s property portfolio across all of the University estate and related facilities. The Department is seeking to appoint a full time Clerical Assistant based at the Chester Campus.  You will be responsible for assisting the Facilities Team in day to day administrative tasks (such as filing, data entry, invoicing, responding to queries and reception duties within Facilities Management) and acting as a first point of contact for Faculty Members, students and staff. You will also assist in providing assistance and administrative cover to the Interactive Helpdesk function which provides Maintenance assistance across the Estate.

You must be educated to GCSE Level standard and have clear evidence of previous experience in a clerical role within an office based environment. The candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to multi task within a customer service focused role.
