Chester Research Unit for the Psychology of Health

CRUPH conducts cutting edge psychological research and consultancy to help improve professional practice in the fields of health and wellbeing. We collaborate with healthcare providers, third-sector organisations and internationally renowned experts to ensure that our work addresses issues of both local and global importance.

CRUPH offers an excellent environment in which to further your research career. In addition to supervising taught MSc students in the Department of Psychology, CRUPH members also supervise a number of PhD students, whose work also falls under the aegis of CRUPH, and who benefit from the excellent peer support and networking opportunities this affords.
