Dr Vish Maheshwari, Programme Director, said: “It is always great to welcome new students and to see them get to know one another and take their first steps in studying at this level. The group is really diverse in terms of age, experience and culture with students from the UK, USA, India, Pakistan, Laos, Nigeria, Ghana, China, Vietnam and Myanmar. As such they will not only learn from the tutors, but also from each other.”

Students join the programmes in either January or September each year, enjoying the opportunities offered at the Campus which delivers courses across Management, Policing, Teaching, Social Work, Nursing, Media and Sport. The Campus is also the training ground for Warrington Wolves.

Professor Lawrence Bellamy, Deputy Provost at the Warrington Campus, said: “The role of the Campus is two-fold, not only to serve higher education needs of Warrington and the region but also to promote Warrington widely. As such it’s always satisfying to see students from across the world undertaking their education with us and taking their experience of Warrington home with them to share with family, friends and colleagues.”
