We invite you to attend a symposium, hosted by The Royal British Legion, to raise awareness of:

  • The many misconceptions around transitioning out of the armed forces and the challenges faced by those who have served, or are serving. 
  • The multitude of services out there and how we can work together to support the armed forces community in a more robust and cost effective way in the Chester area
  • All the services offered by The Royal British Legion and how we can support you through referral pathways and funding
  • Asking the question—’have you served’ - why do I need to ask this?

  • REFRESHMENTS AND LUNCH WILL BE PROVIDED TO RESERVE YOUR SPACE, PLEASE BOOK THROUGH EVENTBRITE  (search for ‘Busting the Myths’.)

  • COST £10/PERSON TO PAY FOR REFRESHMENTS AND LUNCH  (any surplus will be donated to The Royal British Legion’s Poppy Appeal)
