Denise is an experienced work based learning facilitator and accreditation specialist, advising commercial and public service organisations how to increase value and impact from their training.

Overview

Denise has been a practitioner for over 20 years, working internationally in health & social care and leadership development. Denise is passionate facilitator on the innovative negotiated work based learning programme at Chester (Work Based & Integrative Studies (WBIS), for which she is the Deputy Framework Leader) – facilitating professional development and the accreditation of prior experiential learning from the workplace (across business, enterprise and lifelong learning). Denise is one of the senior accreditation specialists in CWRS, advising commercial and public service organisations on the accreditation of in-house or commercial training – and leads the unique PGCert in Work Based Learning Facilitation (WBLF) and successfully took this through for accreditation with Higher Education Academy accreditation for Fellowship status.  This innovative Programme is the first of its kind.

Interests include: Work based learning; work based learning facilitation, accreditation of prior learning, accreditation of in-house company training and development, and, wellbeing and health care related subjects.
