The University of Chester's Graduate School was established in 2004 in order to enhance both the experience of postgraduate research students and the nature and quality of the service and support provided to them within a thriving research environment.
The Graduate School is responsible for all matters pertaining to the admission, registration, training and monitoring of postgraduate research students, and serves as a focus for both students and supervisory staff.
We offer you opportunities to undertake study by research for the Master of Philosophy (MPhil) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and Professional Doctorate awards, and can provide you with advice and guidance about entry requirements and about how to apply.
