Overview

Having worked in industry for a number of years I took time away from employment to raise my children before returning to work. Following this period I was employed in the areas of market research and NHS, developing valuable experience. I gained my first degree in Business in 1996 and my MSc in Human Resource Management was attained at Salford University in 2000.

I have worked for Chester University for seven years and have had a range of My particular interest lies in training and development of employees and this is reflected in my involvement with our part time students.
