Overview

Jean-Frédéric joined the Modern Language Department at the University of Chester in September 2013. Before that he taught at the National University of Ireland Maynooth and at the Bennington College in Vermont and for the CODOFIL in Louisiana.

Teaching

Jean-Frédéric teaches modules accross the undergraduate French courses such as French language, literature (Francophone and 20th and 21st century) and French and Francophone Cultural Studies. He is interested in Belgian and francophone literatures, politics, modern European philosophy, critical and postcolonial theory.
