Chester Medical School
Chester Medical School offers a portfolio of undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the biomedical and life sciences as well as medical practice, whether you aspire to a career in the biomedical, pharmaceutical or medical profession.
Our medical school is built on the strong founding principles and ethos of the University of Chester, which include service to the community and compassion, and the education and training of those with a vocation including teachers and healthcare professionals.
Chester Medical School will be a medical school for and in the community. The focus will be to learn, stay and contribute locally, developing a sense of place, sensitive to population healthcare needs.

Areas of Expertise Medical Sciences
We have teaching and research facilities at Exton Park, Wheeler Building and Bache Hall in Chester. Our partner NHS sites include the Countess of Chester, Warrington and Halton, Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt, and Leighton Hospitals, as well as a range of general practices in the region. All programmes are delivered by highly qualified, research active staff with academic and clinical expertise.
