Eight forty-five in the morning.
        Michael Taylor woke back up and laid in his bed. He appeared to be talking with his wife who was walking up to him with a cup of coffee. He stated, ‘Ah there she is, my sexy wife. Mornin’, babe.’
        Following the statement, Michael Taylor spent till noon talking with his wife and was observed to be drinking coffee.
        Twelve fifty-three in the afternoon.
        Michael Taylor appeared to have walked up to the nearby coffee shop. He ordered a cappuccino and mixed three sachets of sugar into the cup while talking to the barista. Michael Taylor stated, ‘Yeah no, the wife’s doing fine. She moved back in now. She came back last month to hand over the papers. We sat and talked, and had some Netflix and chill, if you know what I mean.’
        The statement was followed with a laugh.
        Two in the afternoon.
        Michael Taylor appears to be playing chess with his wife and was observed to be winning. He stated, ‘Ha! Checkmate! You ain’t running nowhere! This is what you get for not making even a single move.’
        Five in the evening.
        Michael Taylor appears to be sitting on the corner of his room, crying. He appears to be staring at his dead wife and dead pet dog lying on the floor, he states, ‘Why are you not talking to me? I am sorry about ripping your face and strangling our Judie. How long are you going to lie down on the floor? Wake up! Talk to me! It was not me! It was the devil within!’
        Five fifty-five in the evening.
        Michael Taylor appears to have passed out from his episode of crying and
screaming.
        End of observation.
        Patient Michael Taylor’s hallucinations of the evening of arrest have seemed to be getting worse. He appears to re-enact everything that had happened on his last day of freedom.
        It is advised to have him transferred to a cell with a window. It is also advised that his straight jacket is removed.
