The module also examines the strategic role of mentors and coaches in planning and delivering tailored support, linking shared practical experiences to established theories.

Through an exploration of current research and reflective practices, students will examine the strategic responsibilities of Lead Coaches and Mentors in designing and delivering impactful training sessions.
