Dr Gibbs has lectured extensively at postgraduate and undergraduate levels across accounting and finance subjects. He is an experienced programme leader, creating and developing new programmes and modules. He has also taught ACCA, CIMA and AAT professional courses.

Dr Gibbs has successfully supervised students on postgraduate research and taught degrees. Many of his students are professionals researching their workplace.

Dr Gibbs is an experienced external examiner for business, accounting and MBA programmes.
