Hems de Winter is an experienced mentor and coach who has worked with entrepreneurs on the Venture Programme for many years.
With first hand experience of building and running businesses, Hems supports founders through the realities of entrepreneurship, from early ideas through to growth and development. His approach combines practical guidance with open, honest conversation, helping individuals reflect, make decisions and move their business forward with confidence.
Venture Pitch Support provided
Hems provided three months of one to one mentoring for two businesses.
Starting and growing a business can feel overwhelming, with constant decisions, competing priorities and ongoing challenges. This mentoring offered founders a dedicated space to step back and think clearly.
Through these sessions, participants were able to:
