Venture Pitch Support Prize provided
Matt provided a Product Development Prize for one business, delivering targeted strategic and practical support.
This included:
- A two hour Strategy Audit workshop to review the product, identify risks and define a clear roadmap to launch
- Two 45 minute implementation sessions to support delivery and maintain focus on demand validation
This support helped participants move from idea to action, reducing risk and strengthening their path to market.
