Biography
Mike is a Senior Lecturer at the Institute of Policing and the Programme Leader for the MSc in Policing, Law Enforcement, and Security programme. Before embarking on a career in academia, Mike served as a police officer for over thirty years, retiring in 2015 with the rank of Detective Inspector. Mike's policing career primarily focused on serious and organised crime and counter-terrorism investigations.
Teaching and Supervision
Mike has responsibility for the leadership of the MSc in Policing, Law Enforcement, and Security degree programme, as well as module leadership for the following undergraduate and postgraduate modules.
