Biography
Vivian is a lecturer with the Accounting and Finance Division at University of Chester. She is currently the Course leader for Finance with Banking (BSc) and Banking and Finance (BSc) and saddled with the responsibility for its incremental value proposition and visibility. She has held positions as researcher and visiting lecturer with the Education and Children Services department and the Business and Management department respectively. She is certified as an External Examiner from the Advance HE. She is passionate about continuous improvement that can influence process across students' satisfaction levels and employability, workprocess, various life projects.

Research and Knowledge Exchange
Vivian's research interests are inclined towards human behaviour and continuous improvement. Thus far, she has published a book on decentralised decision making and goal deliverables. Her doctoral research interest focused on export-prenuerial behaviours and business performance in south-western Nigeria, as she sees the export gap in all nations. She has in recent times begun to explore the sustainable teaching methods in the UK, and employee behaviours and productivity in the workplace within the banking environment.
