Biography

Vivian is a lecturer with the Accounting and Finance Division at University of Chester. She is currently the programme leader for Banking and Finance programme and saddled with the responsibility for its incremental value proposition and visibility. She has held positions as researcher and visiting lecturer with the Education and Children Services department and the Business and Management department respectively. She is passionate about continuous improvement that can influence students' satisfaction levels and employability.

Research and Knowledge Exchange

Vivian's research interests are inclined towards human behaviour and continuous improvement. Thus far, she has published a book on decentralised decision making and goal deliverables. Her doctoral research interest focused on export-prenuerial behaviours and business performance in south-western Nigeria, as she sees the export gap in all nations. She has in recent times begun to explore the sustainable teaching methods with specific reference to dissertation supervision methods and behaviour of postgraduate students towards success, in the United Kingdom.
