Staff actively encourage a high level of student involvement in the teaching and learning process. Our small group sizes allow you to have a more personal learning experience where you will get to know your lecturers, allowing you to get help with your studies and have regular mathematical conversations.

Over 81% of our mathematics research was rated world-leading or internationally excellent, according to the latest Research Assessment Framework (REF2021). Our academic's research interests range across both pure and applied mathematics and we run a regular Mathematics Seminar where you can hear about these and other cutting-edge results.

Exton Park is home to a number of our academic departments, a range of subject-specific facilities, and learning and teaching spaces. Seaborne Library has an extensive selection of books, e-books and e-journals, as well as bookable study pods, social area, sensory suite, 24-hour access computer labs, and a two-floor study zone.
